Today’s construction companies have become more
specialized than ever before. At Horizon Construction
Company we specialize in management. Each project is
assigned a Field Manager and Office Project Manager.
These two work together as a team to direct the various
subcontractors and vendors toward a successful
completion.
The Project Manager’s responsibilities include
estimating, subcontracting, purchasing, negotiating,
invoicing and handling draw requests. The Field
Manager’s responsibilities include quality control,
scheduling, subcontract and vendor relationships, safety
and cost control. Both Managers are active in
communicating with the clients and closing out the
project.
